1.    POSTPONEMENT OF FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

      Metmar shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 2 July
      2015 advising that the cash offer by Traxys to acquire all the issued shares of Metmar by way
      of a scheme of arrangement in terms of section 114 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as
      amended, (the "Scheme") was approved by the requisite majority of Metmar shareholders.

      Metmar shareholders are advised that certain conditions precedent pertaining to the Scheme
      have not yet been fulfilled or waived and, accordingly, Metmar will not be in a position to
      publish a finalisation announcement on Friday, 28 August 2015 as envisaged in the circular
      posted to shareholders. As a result the timetable set out in the circular will no longer apply and
      Metmar shareholders will be advised of the revised timetable by no later than Monday, 14
      September 2015.

      Traxys (to the extent that the information relates to Traxys) accepts responsibility for the
