Postal Strike: Potential Delays in Receipt of Integrated Annual Report, Notice of AGM 
and Circular to Shareholders

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 
10 July 2018 wherein it was advised, inter alia, that the Company will distribute its integrated 
annual report, incorporating its audited annual financial statements for the years ended 31 
August 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 ("IAR") and the Circular to shareholders incorporating the 
Notice of AGM on Monday, 09 July 2018. Although the above documents have been posted, 
delays may be experienced in the receipt thereof due to the postal strike. In order to mitigate any 
such potential delays, shareholders can request a printed version of the IAR by e-mailing the 
Company Secretary at melinda@fusioncorp.co.za and/or andrea@fusioncorp.co.za or calling 
+2712 111 0275.
