The Board of Directors of Miranda Mineral Holdings Limited would like to advise shareholders that
the change of name of the Company was been delayed due to the delay of final approval from the
CIPC as reported on SENS on 14 August 2018.
Having received the requisite approval from the CIPC shareholders are advised that the new timetable
is as follows:

Last day to trade in securities under the existing name Tuesday, 28 August
Shares may be traded under the new name ISIN: ZAE000254314 and code: UAT Wednesday, 29 August
Record date in respect of new name Friday, 31 August
Issue of new certificates to holders of shares Monday, 3 September
Dematerialised Shareholders will have their accounts updated at the CSDP/Broker Monday, 3 September
