PROPOSED NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 July 2018 wherein they were
advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“Notice”) of the Company had been distributed. The
resolutions set out in the Notice include, inter alia, the proposed change of name of the Company to
‘Sebata Holdings Limited’ and consequential amendments to the Company’s Memorandum of
Incorporation.
This proposal for the change of name is presented with an intention to supplement the continuing
development and growth of the Sebata group of companies within the MICROmega group by creating
a greater level of exposure for the Sebata brand. It is anticipated that this will also generate new interest
around the securities of the Company, as traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
The salient dates and times for the Annual General Meeting and the proposed change of name are set
out below.

be posted within five business days of receipt) on or about Monday, 5 November 2018

CSDP or broker updated on Monday, 5 November 2018
Notes:
1. All references to times set out above are to South African local times unless otherwise stated. The

2. Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise securities in the name of
MICROmega after the last day to trade.
