ISSUE OF A LONG EQUITY INVESTMENT PLAN SECURITY (“LEIP SECURITY”)
Index An equally weighted basket of (i.e. 25% of each) of (i) the FTSE/JSE
Top 40 Index (“Index1”), (ii) the EURO STOXX 50 Index (“Index2”),
(iii) the S&P500 Index (“Index3”) and (iv) the TOPIX Index (“Index4”).
The weightings (i.e. 25% in respect of each Index) are set up front and
these weightings do not change over the term of the LEIP Security
regardless of the changes in the levels of the Indices in the Basket.
Maturity Date 11 May 2020
Initial Level 13,048.79, being the equally weighted average of the closing levels of
the Indices comprising the Basket of Indices as determined by the
Calculation Agent on the Investment Start Date of the LEIP Security.
