Bird, Non- Executive Chairperson of the Company, bought 500 000 Jubilee ordinary shares
(“Ordinary Shares”) of 1 pence each at a price of 4.05 pence (ZAR79.26 cents) per ordinary
share on even date. Following this transaction, Colin Bird is interested in 11 547 555 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
