EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC273 NOTES ("IVC273 NOTES")

Investec Bank Limited ("the Issuer") has exercised its option to early redeem all of the
IVC273 Notes in terms of item 45 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the
terms and conditions set out in the Issuer's Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
17 March 2021, as follows:
