                              APPOINTMENT OF THE DEBT OFFICER


Further to the SENS announcement dated 2 November 2020 and pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and
7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Laurence
Adams, has been appointed as the Debt Officer of Investec Limited with immediate effect.

The board of Investec Limited has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the Debt Officer.
