preference shares (the "Preference Shares")

Declaration of dividend number 3

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 3 has been declared from retained earnings for
the period 26 April 2024 to and including 25 July 2024 amounting to 82,545.22740 ZAR cents per
Preference Share payable to the Preference Shareholders as recorded in the books of Investec Bank
(Mauritius) Limited ("the Company") at the close of business on Friday, 19 July 2024.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 3 are as follows:

    exemptions or reductions in terms of Double Tax Agreements as legislated) equal to 16,509.04548
    ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend of 82,545.22740 ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
    dividend of 66,036.18192 ZAR cents per Preference Share.
