New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBG04
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R575,000,000 (five
hundred and seventy five million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code
IBG04), under Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 17 March 2021.
The IBG04 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 18 July 2025 with
effect from commencement of trade.
