On 7 July 2022, Himanshu Raja, a director of the Company and a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), was granted 97,868 options to buy 5 pence ordinary
shares in the Company in accordance with the terms of the Hammerson Savings-
Related Share Option Scheme.

The options were granted at an option price of 18.392 pence per share. The savings
contract will begin on 1 August 2022 and the options will be exercisable from 1 August
2025 to 31 January 2026.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing form can be found below.
