On 8 April 2024, Harry Badham, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR),
was granted 156,203 options to buy 5 pence ordinary shares in the Company in
accordance with the terms of the Hammerson Savings-Related Share Option Scheme
(SAYE).

The options were granted at an option price of 20.23 pence per share. The savings
contract will begin on 1 May 2024 and the options will be exercisable from 1 May 2029 to
31 October 2029.
