The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spólka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw (the
“Company”), pursuant to Article 395 and Article 399 par. 1 in conjunction with Articles 402 index 1 and
402 index 2 of the Commercial Companies Code (the “CCC”), convenes the General Shareholders’
Meeting of the Company for 27 August 2020 at 12.00 (Warsaw Time – UTC+2) to be held in Warsaw at
1H Zwirki i Wigury Street, Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, ballroom).
