Subject: Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2019 and information on
submitting consolidated periodical reports
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces publication
dates of periodical reports in 2019:
I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2018 - 21 March 2019.
II. Consolidated quarterly reports
- 1st quarter of 2019 – 15 May 2019
- 3rd quarter of 2019 – 14 November 2019
III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2019 – 22 August 2019.
Simultaneously, following the regulations of §62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of
Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the
securities’ issuers and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the
national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union,
Company informs that it is its intention to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2019
standalone financial statements as referred to in § 62 item 1 of the Decree as well as to present the
consolidated interim report for the first half of 2019 including standalone financial statements for the six
months ended 30 June 2019 as referred to in § 62 item 3 of the Decree.
Legal grounds: § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning
the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers and also the conditions of
recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which
does not hold the membership in European Union
