Subject: Change of release date of consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that the
release date of the Company's a consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 ended 30
September 2024, scheduled for 14 November 2024 (as announced in the current report No. 1/2024
dated 30 January 2024), is changed to 26 November 2024.
Simultaneously, following the regulations of Art 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of
Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the
securities' issuers and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the
national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union,
Company informs that it is its intention to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2024
standalone financial statements as referred to in Art 62 item 1 of the Decree.
Legal grounds: Art 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning
the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and also the conditions of
recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which
does not hold the membership in European Union.
