Further to the FTSE/JSE notice released on 4 April 2019 regarding the simplification of the corporate
structure in Mondi group to be effected through a transaction which will combine Mondi Plc (South Africa,
MNP, GB00B1CRLC47) and Mondi Ltd (South Africa, MND, ZAE000156550), FTSE/JSE notes that the
indicative dates associated with the transaction have been extended due to the required regulatory
approvals having not yet been received.
FTSE/JSE will continue to monitor for an updated timetable and subsequently publish an updated notice
soon thereafter.
