                                            91.27%, will, on 25 June 2018,
                                            become the sole beneficiary of the
                                            AMU    Trust,    a    component    of
                                            Growthpoint’s    first   BEE    share
                                            ownership structure. Quick Leap,
                                            wholly-owned by the AMU Trust,
                                            holds 52,768,366 Growthpoint shares
                                            following the transactions referred
                                            to.
