SHORT FORM ANNOUNCEMENT: AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30
JUNE 2025

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

GPI reported a headline profit of R65.9 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2025, a decrease
of R16.5 million (20%) from earnings of R82.4 million for the prior corresponding period.

Headline earnings per share decreased by 20% to 15.42 cents per share from earnings of 19.20 cents
per share in the prior corresponding period.

Basic earnings per share decreased by 16% to 14.32 cents per share, from 17.14 cents per share in
the prior corresponding period.

2.   DIVIDEND

The board of directors of the Company ("Board") has taken a decision not to declare a final dividend
in respect of the year ended 30 June 2025 (30 June 2024: 11.5 cents).
