DEALING IN SHARES BY A DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to the Company's SENS announcement dated 12 December 2024,
in which GPI informed the market that share-based remuneration awards were made to Mr
Gasant Orrie, a director of the Company for his contributions made in the Company's wholly-
owned subsidiary, Grand Casino Investments Proprietary Limited ("Grand Casino
Investments"). On 25 June 2025, the director accepted the second tranche of the 2025
financial year awards.
