Glencore plc releases today its Notice of AGM, which will be held on 28 May 2025 at 12 p.m. Central
European Summer Time at Theater-Casino Zug, Artherstrasse 2-4, Zug, Switzerland.
The Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy for the AGM are being made available or posted to
shareholders today.
These documents are also available on our website at www.glencore.com/agm and, in accordance
with UKLR 6.4.1R, will shortly be available for inspection on the FCA's National Storage Mechanism
