Notice Of Distribution - South African Rand Rate

On 28 May 2025, the shareholders resolved to pay an aggregate distribution of US$0.10 per share in respect of the financial
year ended 31 December 2024, payable in H1 and H2 in two equal tranches of $0.05 per share from the capital contribution
reserves of the Company.
The currency exchange rate applicable for the distribution payable to shareholders on the Glencore plc South African branch
register has been determined by reference to the close of business exchange rate applicable to the South African Rand on
Monday, 18 August 2025. This rate is as follows:

Dematerialisation and rematerialisation of registered share certificates in South Africa may not be effected during the period
from Wednesday, 27 August 2025 to Friday, 29 August 2025, both dates inclusive, nor will transfers between the Jersey
register and the South African register be permitted between Tuesday, 26 August 2025 and Friday, 29 August 2025, both
dates inclusive.

This H2 distribution will be paid on Friday, 19 September 2025.
