Announcement In Respect Of Extension Of The Filing Of The Abridged Audited Annual Financial
Statements For The Year Ended 28 February 2019
The Board of Directors of Go Life would like to inform the public that Go Life will not be in
a position to fulfil its obligation with regards to the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”)
Listing Rule 12.14 concerning the filing of its abridged audited annual financial statements by
the prescribed deadline as envisaged due to various encumbrances, including but not limited to
internal restructuring and complex structured acquisitions that have created unforeseeable audit
delays.
Accordingly, SEM has acceded to an extended deadline of 31 July 2019 to file and publish its audited
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019.
