Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 18 January 2017 in respect of
the approval of the scheme.
Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent to the scheme have been fulfilled and
accordingly the scheme is unconditional. Two dissenting shareholders exercised their
appraisal rights in terms of section 164 and that process is continuing.
The shares of the remaining shareholders will therefore be expropriated in accordance with
the timetable and dates set out below.
Last day to trade for shareholders wishing to receive the
scheme consideration Tuesday, 31 January 2017
Date of suspension of the listing of Gooderson shares Wednesday, 01 February
on the JSE 2017
Scheme record date Friday, 03 February 2017
Scheme payment date Monday, 06 February 2017
