Change in Cap Level


A minor technical error has been identified in relation to the formula for the determination of the Cap Level of the Notes and
amended with effect from the Issue Date, 25 November 2024 of the Notes.

The amendment consists of the change to the Cap Level from: 40% to 44.60%.
The amendment reflects what was agreed upon with Noteholders on the trade date


An Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement that corrects the error has been signed, filed with the JSE and
