The JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved the listing of the abovementioned warrants and trading will commence on 10
December 2014. All members of the JSE may participate in trading, which will occur according to normal JSE Rules.
The “Holder Underlying Securities” in respect of this ESP comprise a basket of Securities, as follows:

issue documentation.
