February 9, 2018, Vancouver, British Columbia – Eastern Platinum Limited (the “Company”) announces
the resignation of Douglas Perkins from the board of directors of the Company with immediate effect due
to his increasing outside responsibilities. George Dorin, Chairman of the Company, stated “The Company
