CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Andrew König has notified the board of directors of EPP (“the Board”) that he will not
stand for re-election as a member of the Board at EPP’s next annual general meeting which is expected to be held during
June 2019. Accordingly, Mr König will retire as a director at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

The Board has nominated Pieter Prinsloo for appointment as non-executive director of EPP in place of Andrew König.
The nomination of Mr Prinsloo is subject to approval by EPP shareholders at the company’s next annual general meeting
and further details will be provided in the notice of annual general meeting.
