PASSING OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
It is with great sadness and regret that EPP announces the passing of Marc Wainer on 20 April 2020. Marc
served as a non-executive director on the board of directors of the Company (“the board”).
Marc has been a director on EPP's board since listing in September 2016 and was instrumental in the
establishment of EPP and its subsequent listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited. As a
stalwart in the South African property sector and with a wealth of property experience, he made a critical
contribution to the board over the past four years.
"Marc's guidance and input has been invaluable to EPP and his contribution was widely felt throughout the
Company. The listed entity that is EPP was Marc's brainchild - a chance encounter in London led to him being
the driving force behind putting together what is now EPP and providing South African investors with an
opportunity to invest in a pure Polish retail property play. His passion for both property and Poland was evident
to all that met him and his loss will be greatly mourned by everyone at EPP," said Hadley Dean, CEO of EPP
EPP extends its deepest sympathies to Marc's family, friends and colleagues.
