Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 7 November 2019 and are advised that the
integrated report containing the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2019 (on which
the auditors expressed a qualified opinion) has been published and is available on the Company’s website at:

Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company’s broad-based black economic empowerment annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of
2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013 has been
submitted to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Commission and is available on the Company’s
