NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2020
("integrated annual report") was distributed to shareholders today, Tuesday, 22 December 2020 and
contains no modifications to the Summarised Preliminary Consolidated Financial Results published on
SENS on Monday, 23 November 2020. The integrated annual report is also available on the Company's
website, www.enxgroup.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of enX will be held at 10:00 on
Friday, 19 March 2021 at Ninth Floor, Katherine Towers, 1 Park Lane, Sandton, Gauteng to transact
the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the integrated
annual report.
The board of directors of the Company has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with
section 59 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, the record date for the purposes of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to attend, participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 12 March 2021. Accordingly, the last day to trade enX shares in order
to be recorded in the register to be entitled to vote will be Tuesday, 9 March 2021.
