APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

Further to the announcement released by the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service on 29 May 2020,
shareholders are hereby advised that BDO South Africa Incorporated (“BDO”) has been appointed as external auditors
to the ELB Group with effect from 8 July 2020.

In terms of paragraph 3.84(g)(iii) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the ELB audit and risk committee assessed the
suitability for appointment of the new auditors, resulting in its recommendation to the ELB board of directors to appoint
BDO.
