SALIENT FEATURES

   -   Revenue decreased by 95% to R38.0 million (August 2020: R705.2 million).
   -   Headline loss per share decreased by 24.76 cents per share to a headline loss of 0.32 cents
       per share (August 2020: 25.08 cents per share).
   -   Earnings per share of 14.51 cents per share (August 2020: loss of 38.44 cents per share).
   -   The board of directors, after careful consideration, has elected to not declare a dividend for
       the six months ended 31 August 2021 (August 2020: nil).
