DECLARATION AND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of Class A, Class C, Class D, Class E and Class G Preference Shares are referred to the dividend
announcement (“Announcement”) issued earlier today and are advised that the heading of the column
referencing the Class C dividend should have read “Class C Series 2 – 8” and not “Class C Series to 2– 7”,
as detailed below:
