ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF DELTA EMD LIMITED SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122 of Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the company have received formal notification in
the prescribed format that:

  .   Aylett & Company (Pty) Ltd have disposed of their total
      shareholding in the Company. Aylett & Company (Pty) Ltd previously
      held a beneficial interest of 5.23% in the securities of the
      Company.
  .   Calibre Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd has acquired a beneficial
      interest in the securities of the Company such that the total
      beneficial interest in the securities of the Company held by
      Calibre Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd is now 9.99% of the total
      issued share capital of the Company.
  .   RAC Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd has acquired a beneficial
      interest in the securities of the Company such that the total
      beneficial interest in the securities of the Company held by RAC
      Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd is now 9.98% of the total issued
      share capital of the Company.


As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has
filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
