CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the appointment of
Leonard Brett Van Niekerk (Len), as an independent non-executive director to the board of the Company (the "Board")
with effect from 30 July 2025.


Len holds a BCom (Hons) degree from the University of Johannesburg in addition to a Facilities Management
Programme (NQF) from the University of the Free State. He has over 23 years of real estate experience and is a former
CEO of two JSE listed property companies. Len is an experienced non-executive director, previously an independent
and non-executive director of Oryx Properties listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange.


The Board welcomes Len and is looking forward to working with him.
