UPDATE ON RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR


Further to the SENS announcements released on 12 May 2025 and 30 June 2025, shareholders are advised that
Ms Phumzile Langeni will no longer retire from the Board on 15 August 2025 but will instead only retire once the Board
has identified and appointed a successor.

The recruitment process to identify and appoint Ms Langeni's successor is ongoing, and Delta will continue to update
its shareholders by way of further SENS announcements.
