CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of Delta (“Board”):

    1. Mr JB Magwaza, the current independent non-executive chairman of Delta, has indicated to the
       Board that he will not be standing for re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting of Delta
       (“AGM”) and will retire as an independent non-executive director of Delta and as the Chairman
       with effect from the date of the AGM being 31 August 2020.

    2. Ms Phumzile Langeni, who holds a number of directorships in listed and unlisted companies
       coupled with advisory positions and has a wealth of experience across various industries, has been
       appointed both to the Board as the non-executive deputy chairman with effect from 6 July 2020.
       She will assume the role of chairman on Mr Magwaza’s retirement at the AGM;

    3. Mr JJ Njeke will continue as the lead independent director; and

    4. Ms Bongi Masinga, an experienced non-executive director who holds a number of directorships in
       listed and unlisted companies, has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director with
       effect from 6 July 2020.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Magwaza for his exemplary leadership during his tenure and wishes him well
in his retirement.
