1. ACQUISITION OF SHARES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

   In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the requisite
   information regarding a dealing in securities by the JP Loubser Family Trust ("JPL Trust"), an associate
   of Jacobus Petrus Loubser, the chief executive officer of the Company, is disclosed herein.

   As set out in the table below, the JPL Trust acquired shares, in an off-market transaction, from the
   associate of a non-executive director of the Company (detailed in paragraph 2 below).

2. SALE OF SHARES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

   In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, details of a dealing
   in securities by the Chris van der Merwe Familie Trust ("CMF Trust"), an associate of Dr Chris van der
   Merwe ("Chris"), a non-executive director of the Company, are disclosed in the table below.

   Prior to the dealing disclosed below, Chris had not disposed of any Curro shares held directly or indirectly
   by him since 2017. The CMF Trust's interest in Curro represents a large portion of Chris' portfolio and,
   as part of his broader investment diversification strategy and continued estate planning, the CFM Trust
   disposed of a number of Curro shares, in an off-market transaction, as detailed below.

   This decision was purely based on Chris' income and cash requirements as a retiree, and following the
   disposal, Chris will continue to hold an indirect interest in Curro.
