SHAREHOLDER QUARTERLY UPDATE

Proceedings against directors

Shareholders are advised that the proceedings instituted by way of application by Cape
Empowerment Trust Limited in the Cape High Court against the board of Command and Command in
Terms of Section 162 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 was heard on 24 April 2013 and judgement
was reserved.

Release of Financial Statements

Shareholders are advised that the Group Financial Statements (the “results”) are in the process of
being completed and will be released on or before 31 May 2013 in accordance with the Companies
Tribunal ruling. These results will be for the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Date of Annual General Meeting

Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting in respect of 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012
will take place before 30 June 2013.

Lifting of Suspension

Shareholders are advised that Command will make application to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
for the lifting of the suspension on or before 31 May 2013.
