CLOVER SCHEME: UPDATE ON COMPETITION TRIBUNAL HEARING  
 
Shareholders are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) announcements relating to 
the acquisition by Milco SA Proprietary Limited of all the issued shares in Clover (“Clover Scheme”), 
the last of which was released on SENS on 4 September 2019. 
 
Shareholders were advised, in the SENS announcement released on 4 September 2019, that the 
further Competition Tribunal hearing in relation to the Clover Scheme had been set down for 
yesterday, 9 September 2019. Shareholders are advised that, while the hearing progressed during the 
course of the day, it was not finalised yesterday. Accordingly, the matter has been set down to 
continue next Monday, 16 September 2019.
