Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report for the year ended 28 February 2023
will be distributed to shareholders on Wednesday 31 May 2023 and will also be available on the
Buka website https://www.bukainvestments.com from that date.

2. Availability of Annual Financial Statements 2023
The audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2023 are included in
the Annual Integrated Report and are available on the Buka Website.
