Appointment of Acting Chief Financial Officer


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are referred to announcement release on SENS on 22 July 2019, advising of the resignation of
the Chief Financial Officer with effect from 31 October 2019. The Board is in process of sourcing a suitable
permanent candidate to fill the vacancy and Shareholders are advised that Marna Christina Castelyn has been
appointed as acting Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) with effect from 1 November 2019.

Marna has a B Comm (Hons) in Financial Management, she is registered with CIMA and have a MBL from
Unisa. She has been in the Private Healthcare industry for 24 years.

The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors are satisfied that Marna has sufficient experience and
expertise, with support of the Audit Committee, to fulfil the role of acting Chief Financial Officer, until such
time as a permanent candidate has been appointed.
