Notice regarding the amendment to the Credit Suisse GEM 10% Risk Control (ER) Index
Noteholders are advised that Credit Suisse International ("CSI") has published a notice addressed to all users and
stakeholders that effective 12 June 2023 where CSI was merged into UBS Group AG and the combined entity has since
operated as a consolidated banking group. As a result of the merger Credit Suisse GEM 10% Risk Control (ER) Index with
Bloomberg Ticker CSEAGEM (the "Index") will operate under a new published name as the UBS GEM 10% Risk Control
ER Index with Bloomberg Ticker CSEAGEM (the "New Index name") effective the 23rd of October 2024.
