new Central Securities Depository Participant (“CSD Participant”), with effect from 10 July 2023. Accordingly, as of
10 July 2023, all On-market MT586 settlement instructions must be sent to AIS as the new CSD Participant.

Noteholders and all CSD Participants are to ensure their records are amended according to the above-mentioned
agreed migration date.
