6 June 2025 – Anheuser-Busch InBev (Euronext: ABI) (NYSE: BUD) (MEXBOL: ANB) (JSE:ANH) ("AB InBev")
("the Company") announces today, in accordance with article 14, first paragraph of the Law of 2 May 2007, that it
received four transparency notifications from BlackRock, Inc.: one on 3 June 2025, two on 4 June 2025 and one
on 6 June 2025, in accordance with articles 6 and 18 of the Law of 2 May 2007.
The percentage of total voting rights held by BlackRock, Inc. has first crossed upwards the threshold of 3% on
30 May 2025, as a result of acquisitions of voting securities or voting rights in the Company. Then the percentage
of total voting rights held by BlackRock, Inc. has crossed downwards the threshold of 3% on 2 June 2025, as a
result of disposals of voting securities or voting rights in the Company. On 3 June 2025 the percentage of total
voting rights held by BlackRock, Inc. again crossed upwards the threshold of 3% as a result of acquisitions of voting
securities or voting rights in the Company. Finally, on 4 June 2025 the percentage of total voting rights attached to
shares held by BlackRock, Inc. crossed upwards the threshold of 3%, as a result of acquisitions of voting securities
or voting rights.
