CHANGES TO THE FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 February 2025 regarding
various changes to the board of directors of Altvest (the "Board") and are advised that the Board has
reconstituted its board committees with immediate effect by appointing Khaya Sithole and Stafford
Masie to the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Norma Sephuma to the Social and Ethics
Committee and Stafford Masia and GG Alcock to the Investment Committee. Following this
reconstitution, Altvest's board committees comprise the following directors:

    •   Audit and Risk Committee: Khaya Sithole (chairman), Bright Khumalo and Norma Sephuma
    •   Remuneration and Nomination Committee: Bright Khumalo (chairman), Khaya Sithole and
        Stafford Masie
    •   Social and Ethics Committee: GG Alcock (Chairman), Norma Sephuma and Warren Wheatley
    •   Investment Committee: Bright Khumalo (Chairman), Stafford Masie, GG Alcock and Warren
        Wheatley.
