EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR.
This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating to the listing of the portfolio on the JSE.
1. Introduction
Satrix would like to add the Alexander Forbes Global Passive Growth Satrix Fund of Funds Actively
Managed ETF (“the portfolio”) to its AMETF product range under the Satrix ETF Scheme, through a
listing on the Main Board of the JSE by way of a private placement. The portfolio will be a high equity,
multi-asset, moderate/high risk fund of funds portfolio aimed at adding value through investing in
participatory interests of foreign collective investment scheme portfolios and financial instruments. The
portfolio will address the growing investor demand for diversified, cost-effective, and transparent
investment solutions that can adapt to changing global markets. The portfolio fills a market gap by
offering broad exposure across asset classes, regions, and sectors within a single accessible vehicle.
Its actively managed approach allows for responsive asset allocation and risk management, which
existing products do not fully provide. Overall, the fund aims to help investors achieve long-term capital
growth while effectively managing volatility and investment costs.
2. Listing approval
Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE on 13 October
2026.
