This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating to the listing of the portfolio on the JSE.
1. Introduction
Satrix would like to add the Alexander Forbes Worldwide Flexible Satrix Fund of Funds AMETF (“the
portfolio”) to its AMETF product range under the Satrix ETF Scheme, through a listing on the Main
Board of the JSE by way of a private placement. The portfolio aims to maximise total investment returns
through an actively managed and dynamic asset allocation approach, with no geographic or regional
restrictions. The portfolio addresses a gap in the investment market by offering retail discretionary
investors a diversified and adaptive solution. Unlike existing passive ETFs and traditional multi-asset
funds, this AMETF provides active management, tactical asset allocation, and broad global exposure
in a single, accessible vehicle. Its flexible strategy focuses on maximizing long-term capital growth
through dynamic investments across shares and other asset classes in both local and global markets.
The portfolio aims to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns by actively responding to market
opportunities and risks, leveraging expert management. It offers daily liquidity and transparent pricing,
setting it apart from index trackers, and its broad asset allocation ensures diversification and resilience

2. Listing approval
Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE on 13 October
2026.
