1. Introduction
This announcement is issued in compliance with the Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements
("DSS Requirements") for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing by introduction
of the participatory interests in the Adviceworx Worldwide Equity Prescient Actively Managed ETF ("the
Adviceworx Worldwide Equity Prescient AMETF").
The information set out below has been extracted from Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum ("the
Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and updated on 28 April 2026 and
the 23rd Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 28 April 2026 and relates to the listing by introduction
of the Adviceworx Worldwide Equity Prescient AMETF participatory interests in the "Actively Managed
ETF" sub-sector of the Exchange Traded Funds" sector on the Main Board of the JSE.
2. Structure
The Adviceworx Worldwide Equity Prescient AMETF is managed by Prescient Management Company,
an approved Manager of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in terms of the Act.
The Manager has entered into an agreement with the Asset Manager, Adviceworx (Pty) Ltd, in terms
of which the Asset Manager will manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to reflect
these changes on behalf of the Manager.
Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its duties as
specified in the Act and the Regulations thereto.
3. Summary of the Listing

3.2 Issue price: 1,000 cents (R10)
3.3 Investment Policy:
The Adviceworx Worldwide Equity Prescient AMETF is an actively managed ETF listed on the JSE.
The aim is to provide investors with long-term capital growth by outperforming the ASISA Worldwide
Equity General peer group category average.
The Manager may vary the ratios of securities to maximise capital growth and investment potential in
changing economic environments or market conditions, while ensuring ongoing compliance with the
Act and all supplemental deeds. The portfolio is permitted to invest in listed and unlisted financial
instruments in line with the conditions determined by legislation from time to time. The Manager may
also retain cash where appropriate, subject to the provisions of the Deed.
The Manager reserves the right to close the portfolio to new investors when necessary to manage the
strategy in accordance with its mandate and may reopen it at its discretion. The Trustee shall ensure
that the investment policy is carried out as set out in the Deed and supplemental deeds.
To achieve its objective, the portfolio will invest predominantly in foreign equity instruments, including
shares of companies listed on exchanges in developed markets worldwide, as well as exchange traded
funds listed on major global exchanges.
The portfolio may also include participatory interests or any other form of participation in portfolios of
collective investment schemes or similar schemes, including exchange traded funds registered as
collective investment schemes. Where such schemes operate outside South Africa, they will be
included only if the Manager and Trustee deem the regulatory environment to provide investor
protection at least equivalent to South African standards.
