Availability of Integrated Annual Report

Shareholders of AfroCentric ("Shareholders") are advised that a full set of audited Annual Financial Statements
of the Company for the six months ended 31 December 2024 ("AFS") as well as the December 2024 Integrated
Annual Report ("IAR") are available on the Company's website: https://www.afrocentric.za.com/financial-
information.php.

Should you wish to receive a printed copies of the AFS and the IAR, please forward an email request to
investor-relations@afrocentric.za.com.

Notice of AGM

Shareholders are further advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), Form of Proxy and
summarised financial statements for the six months ended 31 December 2024 have been distributed to
Shareholders     on      7    April    2025,      and    available    on    the   Company's   website:
https://www.afrocentric.za.com/financial-information.php#notice-of-argms-section.

Notice is hereby given that the 19th AGM of Shareholders for the six months ended 31 December 2024 will be
held remotely on Monday, 12 May 2025 at 10h00 to transact the business as set out in the Notice of the AGM.

Shareholders must follow the AGM via a live webcast at: a live audio webcast on AfroCentric's website at
https://www.corpcam.com/AfroCentricAGM2025.
